Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer III will ensure the operations adherence to organization's Quality Systems. They'll develop and maintain quality engineering methodologies, provide support in new product development, and provide work direction. This role involves supervising technicians and inspectors and leading corrective actions.

Requirements

• Maintain QMS and ensure compliance with the QMS.
• Manage, lead, coach, and mentor personnel.
• Identify and implement effective process control systems.
• Lead in the implementation ofassurance plans and process controls.
• Apply sound problem-solving methodologies.
• Work with NPD in risk analysis and process validation.
• Design and conduct experiments.
• Develop strategies for supplier quality.
• Perform defect trend analysis and cost of quality reports.
• Support Quality Functions and participate in internal reviews.
• Perform data collection and reporting KPIs.
• Participate in Change Order management activities
• Support quality disciplines.
