Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

At Constant Contact, we are seeking a Senior Manager, International Growth, to own and scale customer acquisition across key international markets. The role is responsible for driving efficient growth through a full-funnel, performance-led approach across Paid Search, Paid Social, and supporting channels.

Requirements

• 6+ years in performance marketing or growth roles with direct acquisition accountability
• Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and strong experience with Paid Social platforms (Meta required, TikTok preferred)
• Proven experience in DTC, subscription, or SMB-focused growth environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose performance across the funnel
• Understands full-funnel economics, including CAC, CVR, and LTV
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
• Strong bias for testing, iteration, and continuous improvement
• Experience partnering with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data
