Requirements
- Own the mobile roadmap and define a product strategy grounded in customer research, business outcomes, and platform opportunity.
- Lead with AI and data to make product decisions for customers.
- Drive adoption and retention by focusing on the mobile customer journey and identifying opportunities to reduce friction, increase feature adoption, and build habits that keep customers coming back.
- Ship with craft by partnering with engineering and design to translate strategy into excellent product experiences.
- Be a voice for mobile customers by listening to customer calls, reading support feedback, and staying close to the problems small business owners face on mobile.
