The Human Resources Generalist is a customer-facing, site-based role responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality HR support to employees and managers. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, 2+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong employee relations and issue-resolution skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a matrixed HR team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience required (Workday preferred)
