Job Description
Constellation is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to work in our fast-growing team, supporting customer success specialists and managers with client relationships and delivering campaigns and client deliverables.
Requirements
- Supporting Customer Success Specialists & Managers with existing client relationships to help execute client deliverables
- Create the best SaaS and Managed Service customer experience across onboarding, support and account management
- Manage projects & campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective turnaround of deliverables
- Assist the Sales Team with proposals and new business initiatives
- Support Customer Success Specialists & Managers to ensure retention and growth of Constellation current clientele
