Job Description
Graham, a general contractor, is seeking a Chief Estimator to lead estimating for large projects in the Infrastructure Division. The role involves overseeing estimates, driving bid strategy and risk management, mentoring a team, and ensuring financial accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 20+ years combined field and estimating experience
- 5+ years in a senior estimating role with large-scale projects ($100M+)
- Expertise in conceptual estimating, budgeting, tendering, bid strategy, and leadership
- Proficiency in design-build, IPD, and Construction Management methods
