General Superintendent - Water/Wastewater

Graham is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead all field operations on complex water and wastewater treatment plant projects in the Omaha region. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in water or wastewater treatment plant construction
• 3–8 years of leadership experience as a Superintendent or senior field manager
• Proven success managing large-scale projects $20M+
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of process mechanical systems, civil/structural works, electrical/I&C coordination, and municipal regulatory requirements
• Skilled in schedule management, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency with scheduling and construction management software
• Collaborative leadership style that supports culture, safety, and performance
