As a Project Controls Manager - Infrastructure at Graham, you will be responsible for defining and documenting project controls processes, procedures, and systems, providing senior-level support and issue escalation for operations groups and project teams, and monitoring evolving operational requirements and industry practices. Your role will involve leading initiatives to enhance systems, processes, and overall project performance, as well as managing and mentoring junior Project Controls personnel.
Requirements
- Diploma or university degree (Construction or Engineering preferred)
- 5-10+ years of experience in construction and project controls
- Strong business process and systems expertise within Project Controls
- Proficiency in MS Office, Project Controls software, P6, and familiarity with InEight Project Suite considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, collaborate across Operations and Corporate Services, communicate effectively at all levels, and apply strong financial and business judgment to support informed project decision-making
