Project Manager - Buildings

Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Manager supporting the Buildings Division. As a Project Manager, you will provide overall project leadership and management for projects or portfolios with annual revenues of up to $50M.

Requirements

• Provide overall project leadership from pre-construction and planning through execution, close-out, and final handover.
• Establish, monitor, and control project budgets, costs, forecasts, and schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Take ownership of the Project-Specific Safety Plan and Quality processes throughout all phases of the project.
