Job Description
Graham is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Infrastructure Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex projects from estimate through close-out, providing strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and people leadership. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, building strong relationships with clients and project teams, and ensuring project execution aligns with business unit goals and corporate strategy.
Requirements
- Technical trade certificate with extensive field and project management background
- Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma preferred
- Formal leadership training
- Demonstrated proficiency using construction and project management systems
- Minimum 8+ years of direct project management experience
- Advanced expertise in construction execution, financial and cost control, scheduling, subcontractor procurement, contract and change management, risk mitigation, and HSEQ
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
