Job Description
The SAP/HCM Payroll Functional Analyst will configure, optimize, and support SAP HCM and US Payroll within SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors to ensure efficient, accurate and compliant payroll processing. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM configuration experience with a strong focus on US Payroll.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM configuration experience with a strong focus on US Payroll
- Proficiency in SAP Payroll schemas, rules, features, and PCR design
