Senior Project Manager - Buildings

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support our Buildings Division, responsible for delivering complex projects from estimate through close-out. This role requires strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and people leadership to drive safe, high-quality, and profitable project outcomes.

Requirements

• Technical trade certificate with extensive field and project management background
• Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma preferred, along with formal leadership training
• Minimum 8+ years of direct project management experience
• Proven ability to lead complex Level 2 and entry Level 3 projects
• Advanced expertise in construction execution, financial and cost control, scheduling, subcontractor procurement, contract and change management, risk mitigation, and HSEQ
