Frame Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and oversight of concrete frame projects, managing schedules, budgets, and safety for successful project delivery. The role involves supervising project teams, coordinating with clients, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or professional concrete frame project management experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in commercial concrete shell construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and organize significant amounts of information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Advanced knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations
- Ability to travel and work for extended period of time on projects outside of office area
