Engineering Manager: Customer Dashboard Platform (Remote)

We are hiring an Engineering Manager to define the developer experience for the Customer Dashboard that is used by leading global e-commerce brands. You will lead a small team and spend roughly 50% of your time on technical work, 20% on team leadership, and 30% working across teams.

Requirements

• Dashboard reliability – infrastructure, monitoring, alerting, incident response, CI/CD pipelines
• Developer experience – tooling, development environment, design system, agentic coding infrastructure
• Platform capabilities – authorization, audit logging, configuration management, and other features that provide horizontal value across the dashboard
