Senior Product Manager: Searchandizing (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a cross-functional team to transform powerful merchandising tools into a guided, intuitive workflow that empowers customers to curate shopping experiences according to business goals. You will bridge the gap between manual curation and algorithmic optimization to drive net revenue for global e-commerce brands.

Requirements

• User experience advocate with a track record of redesigning fragmented toolsets into single, guided workflows
• Problem solver who dig into root causes to understand customer needs
• Focused on ROI and understanding merchandisers’ success is measured not only by the amount of control they have but also by the net revenue they create working in tandem with Constructor algorithms
• Empathetic to customers and able to advocate customer needs, manage technical complexity, and delegate responsibility
• Confident in managing commitments and expectations from numerous internal and external stakeholders
• Thrives in ever-evolving processes and base decisions on data but is ready to take action when faced with uncertainty
