Job Description
We are looking for a Process Consultant to work supporting the Public Administration in its technological consultation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science
- At least 5 years of experience in BPM consultancy projects
- At least 3 years of experience in process modeling consultancy with the ARIS tool
- At least 2 years of experience in BPM in the military field
- Certifications related to process management, such as ABPMP, Six Sigma, ITIL, or similar
- At least 1 year of experience in deploying integrated quality management systems (ISO 9001) and excellence in management (EFQM)
