Requirements
- Completed IT training or degree in computer science or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in a comparable field
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure administration
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Good German language skills
- Product knowledge in one or more of the following products: Watchguard Security Appliances, HPE Proliant Server, Aruba Networking, Cisco Meraki Networking, Ubiquiti Networking, Zabbix Monitoring, NetApp Storages, Mailstore, vmware vSphere, Microsoft SQL databases, Oracle databases, Oracle Web Logic, Synology NAS, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Azure Cloud & Hybrid Cloud, Veeam
