Requirements

• 1-3 years of B2B outbound sales experience
• Experience working with sales KPIs and targets
• Graduated from a bachelor's or master's program
• Results-driven mindset with a history of being a top performer
• Keen interest in the global consulting, freelance, or platform economy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Available to work fully onsite at our newly renovated office in Berlin
• C1/C2 proficiency in English
• C1/C2 proficiency in any additional European languages is a big plus
