Editor, Deals (Coupons)

CNET Group is seeking an experienced Deals Editor to join their editorial commerce team. The successful candidate will research, vet, and write articles showcasing live deals, and will also edit and update team work to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of editing experience or commensurate, preferably in service journalism
• 2+ years of writing experience or commensurate, preferably in service journalism
• Able to handle multiple projects with short deadlines
• Comfortable getting into the weeds on topics you are not an expert in, to ensure submitted writing is accurate and authoritative
• Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard hours to support business needs during major events
