Job Description
We're looking for a Credit Analyst to join the Commercial Lending Team at Consumers Credit Union. The role involves managing and monitoring existing commercial portfolio, evaluating financial information, and providing credit recommendations. As a Credit Analyst, you will work in a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days/week at our corporate office in Lake Forest, IL.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Commercial Credit Analyst/Commercial Underwriting in a Credit Union or Bank
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree (such as Accounting or Finance) is preferred but not required
- Formal credit trained with an emphasis on fundamental best practices and various cash flow types
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, problem solving, and follow up skills
- Self-directed and independent worker
- Advanced proficiency with financial analysis tools. Experience with nCino loan origination system is preferred
