Job Description
Consumers Credit Union is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to serve its members, advise on home purchasing and refinancing, and generate leads through sales and referrals. The ideal candidate possesses sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service. They will be responsible for managing loan applications, analyzing member finances, and collaborating with referrers.
Requirements
- Serve the membership of Consumers Credit Union by providing residential real estate financing.
- Originate mortgage applications that are eligible for sale to FNMA/FHLBI/USDA-Rural Development or Consumers Credit Union portfolio.
- Interview members and request specific information/documents.
- Analyze member’s financial status, credit, and property evaluation.
