Requirements

• Identifying financial products/services that will benefit our members, and you’ll guide them toward those that are in their best interest.
• Processing a wide array of requests for specialized and/or complex accounts and consumer loan applications for members.
• Being a team player who wears multiple hats and back up our Branch Specialists by greeting members and directing them to the person who can best help and answer calls from members who need assistance.
