Job Description
Consumers Credit Union is looking for a driven Senior Commercial Loan Officer to build lasting business relationships and expand the lending portfolio. The role involves originating and maintaining a portfolio of profitable, high-quality loan and deposit relationships, primarily in commercial real estate with some C&I lending.
Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial lending and credit analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Successful existing Book of Business – primarily in CRE
- Ability to generate $12+ million in new loan growth annually
- Strong verbal/written skills and ability to prepare clear, detailed loan presentations
- Experience exploring alternatives through collaboration and finding win-win solutions
- Commitment to collaboration and putting organizational goals first
