Job Description
The Instructional Designer is responsible for analyzing the audience, content, technologies, operational constraints and trade-offs when applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies across multiple organizational boundaries and levels.
Requirements
- Develop the strategy that translates into well-designed course materials consistent with Consumers Energy design procedures, standard work and standards including the integration of images, fonts and other graphic elements.
- Communicate with clients and peers to assess performance needs and determine the appropriate training curriculum and format.
- Manage development of all training deliverables, including videos, participant manuals, facilitator guides, slide decks, e-learning modules, and job aids/tools after selecting the most effective training methodology to meet the desired objectives.
