Requirements
- 5+ years commercial experience in the banking industry with local market knowledge
- Bachelorās degree in a business-related field (preferred)
- Solid credit and analytical skills
- Thorough understanding of commercial lending practices
- Proven success in commercial lending and ability to attain new retail and commercial relationships
- Strong commitment to community evidenced by active local involvement and networking
- Proficiency with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
