The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in executing integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, support customer acquisition and retention, and drive retail and commercial growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact or similar)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and website content management
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- High level of proofreading and quality-control accuracy
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies, web technologies, and content optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
