Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage lending experience with FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional Loan experience
• High School diploma with four year college degree in business related discipline preferred
• Fundamental understanding and knowledge of mortgage lending process, applicable regulatory requirements, loan documentation, and basic financial analysis required
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and act on it
• Well-developed analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Sound customer service, listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
