We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to start as soon as possible on a full-time, permanent basis. You will build the foundation for sound marketing and growth decisions, analyzing and cleaning up existing tracking and attribution setup, and developing a solid understanding of our customer structure.
Requirements
- Experience working with cross-channel marketing data (paid ads, affiliate, CRM) in subscription-based business models
- Very good understanding of marketing attribution, performance metrics (ROI, CAC/LTV, marketing mix) and their limitations
- Hands-on experience with tracking setups (GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, consent mode)
- Very good SQL skills for independent analysis and evaluation of data
- Experience with funnel, customer journey, and cohort analyses
- Confident use of BI tools and dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Experience in the subscription business (almost a must-have)
- Industry knowledge in hosting, telecommunications, or comparable tech/platform models (nice to have)
