Teamlead Platform (all genders)

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Teamlead Platform to start as soon as possible. As Team Lead Platform, you ensure that the technical foundation of our most important and revenue-driving product remains stable, evolves in a meaningful way, and is operated with pragmatic decision-making.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of team lead experience in a technical environment
• Several years of experience operating complex platform infrastructures
• Strong expertise in Proxmox
• Solid hands-on experience with Linux and Ansible
• Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel, set priorities, and bring structure to ongoing processes
• High level of ownership and decision-making capability, paired with a pragmatic and economically minded approach
• Very good command of English, written and spoken
