Job Description
Agile Coach role at Contact Government Services (CGS) supporting a large federal agency. Empower Agile culture through coaching, guiding, and supporting executives, managers, product owners, and teams.
Requirements
- Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams
- Facilitate team workshops to understand Agile and Lean principles
- Lead Agile Training for government stakeholders and contractors
- Provide Agile coaching support for new Agile teams
- Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members
- Help teams set up team boards, workflow automation, and automated reporting
