Job Description
CGS is seeking an experienced CommVault Data Protection Engineer to design, develop, and support backup and recovery technical solutions for a large-scale federal government enterprise’s environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CommVault data protection application and experience with DISA STIGs, SAN, and Cloud storage systems.
Requirements
- Designed, developed, configured, integrated and secured complex backup, recovery and storage products over wide area network (WAN)
- Create and maintain optimal backup, restore and redundancy solutions for critical data
- Troubleshoot complex backup and recovery problems
- Provide analytics, usage, capacity planning and reporting within the Commvault management and monitoring solution
- Implement regular security updates and patches to related backup application servers and appliances
