Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and maintain all current agreements while meticulously negotiating and finalizing new contracts. This role requires expertise in contract management to ensure compliance and optimize terms for both existing and upcoming contracts.
Requirements
- Ensure overall contract compliance for assigned tasks, adhering to contract requirements, company policies, procedures, and applicable laws
- Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities for assigned contracts, offering guidance to internal teams, throughout every stage of the contract lifecycle
- Independently review complex contract actions at all stages of the contract lifecycle, developing and implementing tactical plans to address risks and seize opportunities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for contracts, providing expert guidance and resolution on complex contract issues and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
