Discovery IT System Administrator (Top Secret Clearance Required)

Discovery IT System Administrator role supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio, requiring Top Secret Clearance and various technical skills.

Requirements

• Ensure day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools
• Administer and monitor installed systems and infrastructure, including operating systems, application software, and system management tools
• Monitor and test application performance, identify possible solutions, and work with vendors and developers to implement fixes
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Assist technical architecture design discussions
• Liaise with vendors on behalf of OGC to address product issues
• Develop and provide training for end-users
• Provide general support, subject matter expertise, and advice on the use of electronic discovery tools and applications
• Reverse engineer and document existing legacy applications or systems
• Analyze capabilities, interview and collect business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements
• Support discovery application integration/migration activities
• Contribute to Knowledge Management databases by creating and improving technical knowledge articles
• Have experience with legal technology, knowledge of the EDRM, and ability to support backend infrastructure, data migrations, application installation, management, and configuration
