Finance Project Manager

CGS is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to provide oversight of financial and procurement services for a large Federal agency initiative. The Project Manager will oversee processing workflows, perform and oversee financial/procurments services, and ensure processes and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems.
• Proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical support activities simultaneously.
• Expert knowledge of Finance Systems, including SAS.
• Excellent management, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Government's data processing environment, including office automation networks, PC-based databases, and other applications.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Must have an undergraduate degree.
• Law Degree desirable.
