Hmong Chinese Document Reviewer role supporting litigation portfolio, eDiscovery activities, and workflow management. Conduct research, draft responses, and prepare legal documents.

Requirements

• Conduct research and draft responses for post-conviction motions
• Conduct research and draft memorandums on questions of law for direct appeals
• Examines, prepares, and processes technical legal documents
• Provides assistance to client attorneys in preparing trial notebooks and assembling jury instructions
• Composes original letters requiring a good working knowledge of legal and administrative procedures and terminology
