Job Description
IT Systems Architect for CGS, leading teams to convert business requirements into fully functional applications, and assisting in project planning, including development of timelines, composition of technical teams, and leveling of resources.
Requirements
- Act as the liaison between Lead Business Architect and ITO PEGA teams
- Work closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders
- Participate in Agile software development sprints
- Define solution acceptance criteria
- Publish software release notes
- Mentor Software Development team members
- Capture functional software requirements
- Translate into user stories
- 4+ years of experience with PEGA Smart BPM
- 4+ years of experience with Case Development
- 4+ years of experience as a PEGA Business Architect
- 4+ years of experience in managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC
- 4+ years of experience with Agile Software Development
- 4+ years of experience in documentation of requirements, test cases, and training material
- 4+ years of experience in leading test execution
- 4+ years of experience in configuration and deployment of software solutions at the enterprise level
- Strong communication skills
