Job Description
IT Systems Architect will lead multiple teams to convert business requirements into a fully functional application, and assist in project planning, development of timelines, and leveling of resources.
Requirements
- Act as the liaison between Lead Business Architect and ITO PEGA teams
- Work closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders to translate the business requirements to application
- Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities
- Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing
- Publish software release notes and maintain other product documentation
- Mentor Software Development team members as needed
- Participate in and provide support to customer success teams
- Capture functional software requirements and translate into user stories
