Job Description
CGS is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join a fast-paced and hard-working team to assist with any legal accounts. The Paralegal will play a key role in supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio.
Requirements
- Paralegal certificate or JD or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school
- At least two years of litigation paralegal experience
- One year of experience in automated litigation support
- Federal and state court systems knowledge
- Legal research procedures knowledge
- Legal research resources knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw
- Hands-on familiarity with computer applications
- ESI tools knowledge and eDiscovery procedures knowledge
