Job Description
Join our World Group family as a Fleet Coordinator for our growing terminal in Norfolk! The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for the local customer experience at our trucking terminals, building and nurturing relationships with warehouses/vendors, and acting as a liaison between terminal operations and customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- College Degree preferred
- 1+ year trucking industry experience preferred
- Highly organized individual with great communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with heavy email/phone/messaging volume
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Transportation Management Systems
