Regional Director - North Atlantic

World Group is looking for a Regional Director for our growing operations in the North Atlantic Region. The Regional Director will support and develop Terminal Managers and their teams in field Operations, reviewing operational aspects and holding those accountable for efficiency, profitability, and growth goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience working DIRECTLY IN a company (NOT with a company) that provided Intermodal Transportation to other businesses
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred
• Intermodal industry knowledge and experience is required
• 5+ years' experience in Intermodal Transportation required
• Previous management experience required
• Knowledge of electronic logs, HOS, and FMCSA roadability challenges
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solutions focused with problem solving skills
• Ability to work extensively with internal and external contacts via email, phone, and other methods of communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel up to 40%
