Job Description
Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions, and we are at the forefront of the Generative AI evolution. We are looking for multiple Infrastructure Operations Engineers to join our newly opened Sydney office and support the continued delivery and operation of our global cloud platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM subject
- 2–3 years’ experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or a related technical role
- Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps methodologies
