Senior Manager, Global Payroll

The Senior Manager, Global Payroll role is responsible for building, leading, and managing a multi-location department responsible for global payroll processing, reconciliation, analysis, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leveraging best-in-class people, processes, and systems to meet the current and anticipated needs of the business.

Requirements

• BA degree in Accounting or Finance
• Payroll Compensation industry and organization certifications
• 10-12 or more years relevant work experience in payroll
• 5 or more years of leadership and management experience
• Experience with Payrolls larger than 750 employees
• Experience with both multi-state and global employees
• Experience with tax equalization and employee mobility cases
• Power user level experience with multiple payroll automation tools
• System and process architecture, troubleshooting, reengineering, and mapping
