Job Description
The Operator I is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of oil and gas wells, developing entry-level lease operator skills and working with a mentor. This role involves performing daily operational checks, measuring and recording production, and maintaining reports. The Operator I will also work in collaboration with others and have the opportunity to develop skills in facility operation and equipment repair.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR
- Ability to pass a respiratory fit test
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test
