- SMO Readiness Strategy build and execution
- Platform Health Checks
- Perform Review and approvals of SDS, TS&P, SIP for Projects and Support
- Perform Application Health Checks-logging, alerts installation etc
- Perform Infrastructure Health Checks
- Platform Capacity
- Govern the Storage Provisioning plan for each LOB in the Shared Services
- Govern the Network, Memory and CPU capacity for each Platform
- Build and maintain 5 year Capacity Roadmap for the platform
- Platform Standards
- Publish performance testing standards and approve test results
- Publish and maintain shared services delivery standards
- Platform Availability and Capacity Total Hours Per Month
- Platform Availability and Capacity Total FTE Per Month
- Platform TCO Governance and Optimization
- Maintain and monitor TCO Component for platform
- Quarterly Service Report assessment and Approvals
- Review & optimize the AMC contracts with vendors
- LOB Chargeback and Unit Rates Definitions
- Perform unit rates definition and charge back calculations
- Approve Monthly LOB charge back for Platforms
- Refine SLA definitions for platform- address exceptions
- Develop 5 year platform rates trending (with D&A Ops and ETS Finance)
- Product Optimization for the Platform
- Manage & review Product vendor relationship & effectiveness(SLAs)
- Maintain and Publish a License dashboard for the platforms
- Lead product strategy in D&A shared services
- Shared Services Benefits Consolidation
- Perform and maintain Benefits and Value for shared services
- Maintain and govern product license administration
- Shared Services Product Governance and Address LOB Issues
- Create and maintain LOB service usage reports-perform LOB consulting
- Conduct LOB governance meetings for product issues
