Job Description
Continental Properties is looking for an experienced Community Manager for its brand-new Authentix Huber Heights residential apartment community. The Community Manager will lead the community's operations, provide exceptional living experience for residents, and create a positive work environment for the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential community management experience
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Experience creating budgets/increasing a community's NOI
- An unmatched commitment to customer service
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with Onesite, Ops Technology, YieldStar, Lead2Lease, and Compliance Depot (preferred)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
