Groundskeeper

Groundskeeper sought to maintain the appearance of apartment communities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Ability to operate basic equipment such as blowers, mowers, pressure washers, vacuums, etc.
• Ability to work overtime and on call, and a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to use technology such as computers, tablets, telephone, and other office equipment to perform tasks
