Groundskeeper

Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Groundskeeper to join their team at their beautiful apartment community in Longmont, CO. The Groundskeeper will provide above and beyond customer service and maintain the appearance of the property by creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Manage daily upkeep and cleaning of property grounds, clubhouse, amenities, units, and all common areas
• Help maintain landscaping including watering, planting, mulching, and pruning shrubs
• Perform daily inspections of the community, ensuring it is litter free by removing trash and maintaining cleanliness of grounds, dumpster areas, pet stations, and other areas
• Stock refreshments as needed in common areas
• Help with pressure washing, storm clean-up and snow removal in winter
• Provide direct support to your Service Supervisor
