Job Description
Continental Properties is seeking a Leasing Associate to join their team at the Sixteen30 residential apartment community in Plainfield, IL. The ideal candidate will have previous sales and customer service experience, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work overtime and a non-traditional schedule.
Requirements
- Manage the leasing process
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
- Tour prospects and demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings
- Assist with outreach marketing and resident events
