Leasing Associate

Continental Properties is looking for a Leasing Associate to join their team at the Springs at Canton residential apartment community in Canton Township, MI. The successful candidate will guide their own success by achieving leasing goals and building professional relationships with prospective and current residents.

Requirements

• Previous sales and customer service experience required
• Ability to work overtime and a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to perform a combination of sedentary desk work and touring the community for a period of 8 hours
