Service Supervisor

Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Service Supervisor at our beautiful Avanterra Queen Creek residential apartment community in Queen Creek, AZ. As a Service Supervisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining facility operations, creating new efficiencies, and developing standards that have a positive impact on resident renewals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a multifamily maintenance supervisory role
• Strong knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances
• EPA and CPO certifications required
• Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules
• Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role—bending, lifting up to 100 lbs independently (up to 250 lbs with assistance)
• Comfortable using technology like computers, tablets, and phones to stay connected and get the job done
